Order Information

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our courier partner containing the tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress. Once placed, can I cancel or change my order?

We completely understand - everyone changes their mind sometimes! While we wish we could, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications once your order has been received. This helps us maintain our commitment to pricing and delivery speed.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it could be due to the following reasons:

1. You entered and incorrect email id.
2. There was a payment failure while placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

What are your shipping policies?

We ship across Australia and New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1-3 days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For more detailed information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.

Standard Delivery Information?

Most of our orders ship within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) via Australia Post Standard eParcel. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping within Australia for orders. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If your product arrives damaged, we offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, follow these steps:

Contact us via email at info@aarthaliving.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

  • A picture of the damaged product
  • Your order number in the subject line
  • The reason for the return

Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5 -7 business days to process. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Incorrect Items, damaged merchandise, etc.

In case you receive an incorrect item, or your item arrives damaged, please reach out to customer care team at info@aarthaliving.com.au at your earliest convenience. Please send photos and any other details you can provide. If there is any sign of damage to the box that the item arrived in, please make sure to include a photo and details. Damaged or incorrect items need to be reported within 4 days of receiving them.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank's processing times.
